Job Title: Town Planning Director
Salary: from £70,000 DOE
Location: Buckinghamshire
We are assisting a leading private consultancy in Buckinghamshire who are looking to grow their planning team and take on an additional town planning director or associate director to help grow the company further. They focus on a whole range of projects including permitted developments, residential, commercial, mixed-use, and more. Someone with skills across the board would be a great asset to this team!
Bringing a client base is not essential for the Associate Director role; however, for the Director role, a client base that can help generate further work will be required.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.Lead project teams from inception to completion.Build and maintain client relationships.Mentor and develop junior team members.Ensure compliance with planning regulations.Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of planning experience within a private consultancy.Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.Experience of fee earning (for director level).RTPI Chartered Membership.How to Apply: If you wish to apply for this role, please send your CV to ****** or call 02393 876 054 for more information.
