Planning Associate (NQ – 6 PQE) We are working closely with a leading international law firm seeking a Planning Associate NQ - 6 PQE to join their highly regarded, growing department.
They are flexible on office location, so you can be based out of one of the major cities including Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield and Birmingham.

About the Role: This planning department is considered a true leader in the market and has the structure in place to enable you to progress well in your career, whilst having a high level of support from Trainees and Paralegals.
In this role you will be advising on planning for major developments, statutory agreements, CIL, planning appeals and call-ins.
The work will cover a variety of sectors including data centres and logistics, offices, retail and houses.
You will be working closely with both the market leading real estate and energy teams, acting for some of the largest investors, developers and landowners.
Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are: Trained in a reputable firm England & Wales (or common law jurisdiction) qualified Solicitor NQ – 6 PQ Ambitious and passionate about the planning sector.
