Join Branston as our Planning Administrator, where you will support the Planning and Procurement team to optimise the usage of raw material with a focus of quality and profitability.
Main Responsibilities Supporting of the sales and operational planning meeting by reviewing the weekly short-term material position, as well as providing communication of actions and key information from wider team meetings Reviewing internal sales forecasts with the Sales and Marketing team to understand the position of raw material demand Support short-term planning by managing changes to our group wide site splits and review the financial implications of these changes Assist with situational analysis, helping to get to the net cheapest delivered cost of raw material Provide support to the wider business in collating and following through cost saving initiatives across purchasing, operations and logistics Support maintenance of the group wide ERP system by maintaining product specifications and ensuring raw material yields are live and up to date Skills and Experience: Strong numerical and analytical skills (Essential) Proficient in Excel (Essential) Strong organisational skills (Essential) Experience within fresh produce or FMCG (Preferred) Experience using an ERP system (Preferred) Why join us?
