Planner / Senior Planner

The appropriate candidate with have autonomy working predominately in preconstruction and contract planning activities, reviewing contract documentation, developing tender and contract programmes, sequence of work and construction methodologies.
Producing working programmes for construction teams, identifying alternative methodologies and sequences to improve project completion date.
Identifying and assessing programme risks and producing mitigation plans, liaising with designers, subcontractors and relevant third parties.
Planning project work, monitor progress and productivity.
