Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Some site visits may be required Salary Guide: £35-50k+ (DOE) and benefits Our Client: A Main/Principal Contractor within the Water, Industrial, MOD, and Power Sectors, covering all aspects of New Build, Refurbishment, Civil Engineering, and MEICA Projects.
The Role: Working closely with the Project Managers and project site leads, this role will implement and maintain programme management scheduling and controls. Responsibilities include:
Managing and controlling schedules from a programme perspective. Involving Framework partners and sub-contractors. Supporting project managers with project control, planning, administration, and reporting. You should be a determined individual with a desire to succeed and looking to join a business that provides great career progression opportunities.
Qualifications: Experience using P6 and Microsoft Project is essential. Commercial astuteness and budget control management is an advantage. Commercial forecasting and revenue reporting is a distinct advantage. Results-focused with the ability to deliver under your own initiative. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to produce clear and concise project reports. Experience managing a portfolio or complex programme schedules. Planning experience within the construction industry or utilities.
