Planner // Golborne // £24,000 Forrest Recruitment Warrington are currently working in partnership with a global organisation based in Golborne are currently hiring for a Planner, to join them, to work as part of the Regional Operations team.
Key duties of the role Compiling weekly and monthly service reports Working closely with the planning software to arrange the engineers call with the customer via telephone/email.
Attending out of hours and in hours visits for engineers.
Preparation of service engineer job packages, checking engineers service reports and logging into the company planning system.
Managing up to 24 key accounts.
General office duties, answering telephone enquiries and re-directing calls.
Liaising with engineers via telephone.
Coordinate with other regional service planners when required to provide out of region engineering resources.
The Successful Applicant Excellent communication and telephone skills Previous planning experience Able to work well under pressure.
