Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner/Senior Planner to join this friendly Property organisation based in Shrewsbury.
As a Planner you will be a key member of the company's wider property team assisting the directors in the preparation company's portfolio of planning applications, appeals and legal/court casework.
The post is on the appeals team, but applications casework will also be included.
Your day-to-day activities will include: Research of planning policies, legislation, and other material considerations of relevance to the planning casework of the company Advising clients Writing fee quotations Managing applications and appeals from appointment to determination Ideally, your skills and experience should include: Minimum of 3 years' experience of the planning system including legal casework Degree educated in planning or property law If you're a planner with a legal background and looking for a new role in Shrewsbury apply now or get in touch with David Burgess at G2 Legal to find out more.
