Planner

Planner / Programmer (Fit-Out) Lisburn including UK / ROI Travel £55k to £75k Benefits: Highly Competitive Salary, Health Plan, Laptop and Phone, 1 day per week at home.
Day to Day: Construction / Tender programmes, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Conduct regular visits to sites throughout UK / Ireland.
Review of progress and review with the team any delays, risks and critical path analysis.
Produce weekly look-ahead programmes and manage critical paths.
Gather information and updates on project timelines.
Monitor project progress, providing regular updates for progress reports.
Attend meetings as required including team meetings, sub-contractor and design meetings.
Utilise scheduling software to create detailed Gantt charts, timelines, and reports.
Maintain full change log records, for all programmes, as per Planning Process.
Experience & Qualifications: Planner / Programmer with Construction and Fit-Out experience.
Master programming skills - MS Project or similar.
Design, procurement, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
Knowledge of project planning processes and the project life cycle.
Good IT skills with all Microsoft packages and UK Driving Licence.
