We're looking for a Planner to join our Building Solutions team based in London.
Location : London - Hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites as required Contract : Permanent, Full time   What will you be responsible for?
As a Planner you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery of projects in and surrounding London.
Your day to day will include: All aspects of planning, phasing, programming and sequencing for our tendering activity, including the generation of preconstruction programme, as well as coordination of design, commercial and production activities into one truly Integrated delivery Programme.
Work with Preconstruction on tender submissions including generating Logistic Plans, Sequencing diagrams and programme commentary where required.
Creating look ahead programmes, individual trade package programmes.
Generating labour histograms to ensure that activity periods and commercial consequences are considered.
Monitor and update progress and undertake regular progress monitoring drop lines.
What are we looking for?
This role of Planner is great for you if: You will be comfortable using planning software - Asta / Primavera or Microsoft Project.
Will have experience in planning with a main contractor delivering construction projects.
Will have experience in producing project methodology and logistical plans.
Good construction technical knowledge across relevant work packages Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams in an advisory capacity and collaborate across departments.
