We're looking for a super organised individual who has experience in a fast paced Customer Service environment.As a Planner, your main duties will include calling residents to book in appointments and planning operatives' diaries.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining PDA (personal digital assistant) control allocation and will monitor daily work volumes ensuring efficient use of resources to meet turnaround timescales.
