Planner

We have an exciting opportunity for Planner to join our team at Bodmin site.
In your role you will ensure cost effective planning & stock control of material supplies into manufacturing and packing operations and will produce time-phased material requirements based on planned production, Bills of Material, lead-times, order quantities and safety stock.
You will also maximise material availability within prescribed stock holding parameters and continuously develop relationships with suppliers, purchasing, site operations, planning, NPD and commercial teams.
Successful candidate will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar planning role within an FMCG and have strong data management skills, excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
You must be able to communicate in an articulate manner with members of the business at all levels from senior management to production.
Proficiency in using Excel and other Microsoft Applications is essential.
Understanding or previous experience of using SAP and/or other production systems will be advantageous.
