Social Housing Planned Works Site Manager £30 - £38 per hour Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality planned works within the social housing sector?
If so, we want to hear from you!
Our client, a leading social housing provider, is seeking an exceptional Site Manager to join their thriving planned works team.
This exciting role will involve overseeing a range of planned maintenance projects, including:
Void property refurbishments Kitchen and bathroom upgrades Accessibility adaptations Energy efficiency improvements Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and supervise all aspects of planned works projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria: Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing sector.
Strong understanding of building regulations and relevant health and safety legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
IT literate with experience using relevant software packages.
Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, and First Aid certificates.
Hold relevant construction qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Construction Site Supervision).
Valid CSCS card.
Desirable Criteria: Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.
Experience in managing void property refurbishments.
Knowledge of building regulations relating to accessibility.
