About YouAs Planned Investment Team Leader you will work as part of the Asset Strategy Team to manage, coordinate and monitor our planned investment programme.
You will gather intelligence and data on our property assets and use it to inform the asset investment strategy.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills as you will regularly engage with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, consultants and contractors.You will have previous experience in a Technical role, strong influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to analyse, interpret and present data.
