The role is working in a small in-house team across a variety of marketing and communications activity, for our internal and external customers.Working with the marketing and communications, you will assist with the creation and execution of internal communications and employer brand campaigns.
This includes creating online content, promotional materials, website and social media activity, in-house video production, podcast production and company literatureWorking with key stakeholders from across the business, such as our HR and Operations teams, to generate communications that enhance the company's brand as an employerSupporting major projects such as our employee engagement survey, sustainability initiative and introduction of new digital communications systems such as corporate website and intranetOpportunity to get involved with other projects as required by the wider communications team and business.You will supportwith the creation and execution of external marketing campaigns.
