Place Manager London, On-Site Lead on Placemaking for iconic luxury locations We are working with a respected property management business renowned for its long-term, visionary approach to creating vibrant, high-quality spaces across some of Londons most celebrated destinations.
Known for exceptional stewardship, our client is enhancing and elevating luxury destinations across London, curating spaces that attract global visitors while fostering community spirit and heritage.
The Place Manager will join a talented team to support a strategic vision for the ongoing enrichment of the area.
Collaborating closely with the Head of Place, Marketing, and Property Management teams, this role focuses on building exceptional experiences across public spaces, driving innovative activations, and establishing the destination as a premier global location.
The Place Manager will: Oversee activation initiatives, including an Estate-wide Christmas Lighting scheme and other high-profile events on the estate.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, acting as a visible face for the business and managing regular engagement Track footfall and manage insights to report on consumer behaviour and trends Develop operational initiatives, working with property and security teams to maintain high standards Manage a new destination programme, including an events calendar and insight-led activations to keep destinations relevant and competitive Essential Skills: Proven experience in place or community management, ideally within public or private sector environments Excellent communication skills with a collaborative spirit, able to work across diverse teams and engage external stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage timelines effectively Creative problem-solving and proactive thinking to drive engagement and growth Ability to represent the brand professionally, fostering strong relationships with both stakeholders and visitors Benefits: Work at the forefront of London's luxury placemaking with a respected industry leader Collaborate with top-tier brands and exciting artisan businesses Be a key player in meaningful community and event-driven initiatives Shape a distinctive customer experience across iconic locations Competitive compensation and development opportunities We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all employees and job applicants.
