Job Title: Pipefitter (Shipbuilding)
Location: Govan & Scotstoun - Glasgow
Salary: £37,318 (Shift allowance of 33% (£49,632) for Back, Night & Weekend shifts)
Overtime Rates: Mon – Thurs: Time and a third Friday: Time and a half for the first 4 hours, double time from then on Saturday: Time and a half Sunday: Double time
Shift Patterns:Mon – Thurs Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:30, Back Shift: 14:00 – 23:30, Night Shift 20:30 – 06:00Fri – Sun Weekend: 07:00 – 19:30

Essential Experience:Trade papers, e.g., formal apprenticeship (ability to provide papers)Current knowledge and experience of pipe manufacture and installation, and use of associated equipmentClear understanding of SHE risks awarenessUnderstanding of manufacturing processesMust be comfortable working in confined spaces and or at height
