Pipefitter - Immediate Starts Available

Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Pipefitter to join our Kirkcaldy-based manufacturing client.
What's on offer?
Full-time hours - 37 per week Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 - with an early Friday finish Base pay of £21 per hour Overtime at £31.50 per hour Your duties and responsibilities as a Pipefitter will include: Read detailed schematics for complex machines Use hand tools and power tools to trim, cut and fit components into the final product.
Weld and solder pieces together Align components and connect them with bolts and screws Work with collaborative robots to produce and assemble components Find faulty components in defective products to fix them To be successful in this Pipefitter position you will ideally have previous experience.
Combined with: A detail-orientated and methodical approach Experience with various welding equipment Ability to use electrical or manual tools Understanding of technical documents and drawings Manual skills and a steady hand A good level of fitness and resilience Knowledge of basic safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing Please Note - Successful applicants must be able to provide a UTR number.
