As a Teaching Assistant for SEND, you'll play a key role in supporting students' learning and helping them succeed.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a dedicated individual who can: Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with SEND.
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning activities to support individual needs.
Promote independence, confidence, and social development in students.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCO to implement strategies and support plans.
Assist with managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive, focused learning environment.
Essential Requirements: DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
Up-to-date safeguarding training .
A caring and patient nature with a passion for supporting students with SEND.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with SEND students is preferred but not essential.
