Teaching Assistant - Full-Time - Crawley
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a client secondary school in Crawley.
This full-time position starts ASAP and offers a pay rate of £84 per day, 08:30 - 3:30, Monday to Friday and term time only.
Role Overview: A Teaching Assistant supports classroom teachers by helping students with learning activities, offering one-to-one or small group assistance, managing classroom behaviour, and providing additional support for students with special educational needs.
Requirements: Must hold a valid DBS on the update service, or be happy to obtain one.
Up-to-date safeguarding training is essential, this can be provided if needed Experience working with young people, particularly in a support role, is desirable A passion for education and helping students succeed SEND experience, wherever this may be from, is desirable
