Our client school in Worthing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support students in both mainstream and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) settings.
This is a long-term, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects Assist students with their learning in both mainstream and SEND environments Provide one-on-one and small group support where needed Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support the needs of all students Requirements: Previous experience working in a school setting or with SEND students is desirable but not essential A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments Why Join Us?
