About the Role

You will play a vital role in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, working closely with teachers and other staff to deliver high-quality interventions and support.
What You'll Need Experience : Proven experience as an HLTA, particularly in supporting students with SEND, is essential for this role.
Safeguarding Commitment : A valid DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one) and children's safeguarding training (or a readiness to complete it) are required.
Empathy and Adaptability : A genuine passion for working with students with SEND, coupled with the ability to adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
