We are seeking adaptable and motivated General Supply Teachers to work with a secondary school in Worthing on a short-term and day-to-day basis.
The Role: Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
Ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Managing classroom behavior effectively to maintain a supportive atmosphere.
Supporting students' educational progress in the absence of their usual teacher.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
A valid DBS check on the update service.
Up-to-date safeguarding training.
