Franchise Business Manager (FBM) is a crucial role in optimising network performance.
By working closely with site owners, the FBM should proactively develop sites knowledge by educating, influencing and coaching skills into sites to drive performance.
Youll also Identify areas for improvement, implementing best practice to drive excellence in network operations ultimately delivering to Oakhouse revenue through the delivery of sales.
This role is a Field Based role supporting South East sites (ideal location Birmingham / central to UK).
Covering Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Luton which is around 2 hours from the office.
