Our engineering team is expanding and as a result we are seeking to recruit an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join Our Team at Ruskington site.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for delivering the capital plans for the site, to enable the site to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Engineering Manager.
To specify, cost and manage capital projects delivering on time, on budget and with zero harm.
Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems.

AutoCAD experience.
CDM experience Experience in managing and controlling multi-disciplined engineering teams and projects, including contractor control, financial control, and contract management.
Detailed engineering knowledge of modern, continuous, food production processes and factory service.
Good working knowledge of associated engineering disciplines including Environmental Management, Health and Safety management and Food safety.
Detailed knowledge of utility and services installations.
Experienced in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
High degree of IT literacy.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Good negotiating skills.
