What you will do: You will provide professional leadership to physiotherapists working within North Ayrshire HSCP as well as having operational management responsibility for a range of physiotherapy community teams.
You will represent the specialist contribution of Physiotherapy Services in a range of multi-disciplinary/multi agency fora within and out with the organisation in the strategic planning of agreed service areas, communicating complex and at times contentious information which relates to the specialist area.
You will ensure that systems to support Clinical Governance and performance management are operating effectively within the agreed Service area.

Evidence of relevant post registration education and development equivalent to Masters Level.
