Location: Leeds Contract: Full-time Role Overview: As a Physics Teacher, you will play a crucial role in developing students' understanding of the fundamental principles of physics, preparing them for further education and careers in science and technology.
You will engage students from Key Stage 3 to A-Level with exciting and innovative lessons that make complex concepts accessible and stimulating.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver compelling and curriculum-aligned physics lessons.
Demonstrate experiments and facilitate hands-on learning to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment for experiments.
Collaborate with fellow science department members to integrate cross-disciplinary teaching methods and share best practices.
Participate in school-wide initiatives, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
