An opportunity has arisen for a band 7, nurse to take up the post Physical Health Site Practitioner (PHSP).
This post is an integral part of the Nursing Division, reports to the Head of Physical Health and Infection, Prevention and Control and works with a very professional and friendly physical health team, including two other PHSP.
This post directly improves the experience for people using our services and leads to better outcomes.
It supports our clinical staff by supporting and guiding them manage people's physical health needs.
Main duties of the job To support Physical health assessment, intervention and management of care.
Delivery of physical health education, training and advice.
