This role involves delivering targeted phonics interventions to help children improve their reading and literacy skills.
  Key Responsibilities : Provide focused phonics support to small groups or one-on-one.
Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored literacy activities.
Track student progress and offer feedback to staff.
Encourage a positive learning environment to enhance literacy development.
Qualifications and Experience : Experience with phonics programmes (e.g., Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc.).
Strong communication skills and passion for literacy development.
