Job summary An exciting opportunity to join the Pharmacy Homecare Team team here at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
The Pharmacy Homecare department currently provides a service for approximately 5000 patients, coordinating the ordering, invoicing and contracts for UHBW.
The post holder will assist with administrative tasks involved with the delivery of the service and maintaining accurate and up to date records on the pharmacy system.
The post holder should have excellent communication, IT skills and be able to prioritise workload to accommodate the demands within the team and service.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work and maintain high level of professionalism at all times.
Some home working is an option as part of a hybrid working arrangement, however the post holder is expected to view this arrangement flexibly and must be prepared to attend the workplace as and when required.
Main duties of the job To provide a consistent and reliable support service to all departments within the Trust.To ensure invoice and credit notes are processed in accordance with the homecare providers terms and conditions.To liaise with homecare providers and creditor payments to resolve outstanding financial issues and queries that may arise.To create, update and maintain the pharmacy computer system drug file database through contracting and invoicing processes.Retrieve data associated with the homecare service from the Trust and Pharmacy systems as required.
