Pharmacist - Chesterfield

Clarity is recruiting for  Pharmacist  for a pharmacy in Chesterfield.
What you need to know: This is a permanent, full-time role in a pharmacy supported by a team of pharmacists and technicians.
The working pattern would be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm with  no late nights , although some Saturday shifts from 9am to 12.30 (1 in 4) will be required.
What you'll be doing: Dispense medications as prescribed by doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and to evaluate their suitability for the patient.
Provide advice to patients on the use of medicines, including dosage, side effects, and interactions with other medications.
Counsel patients on the management of chronic diseases.
Conduct medication reviews to ensure that patients are taking their medications as prescribed.
Order and stock medications and medical supplies.
Maintain a safe and secure pharmacy environment.
Stay up-to-date on new drugs and treatments.
