About the Role:
SET Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work in various schools across Cardiff on a temporary, flexible basis.
This role offers the opportunity to support students' learning and development while gaining experience across diverse school settings.

Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in creating a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students.
Work with individuals or small groups to provide targeted support and encouragement.
Adapt to different school settings and student needs across Cardiff's primary and or secondary schools.
Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.
Support students with varying needs.
Requirements: Previous experience in an educational, childcare, or group setting with children (voluntary or paid).
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach to working with young people.
Adaptability and the ability to quickly integrate into new school environments.
A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
Flexibility to accept placements on short-term and long-term assignments.
