For this role you will need to have an English related degree, a strong academic understanding of the English curriculum and the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with the students.
The ideal candidate must have the passion to pursue a career in education with the motivation to progress and utilise their communication and leadership skills.
This Graduate English Teaching Assistant role will be a key factor to the students learning.
These 1:1 and small group interventions will be vital for the students as it will be a totally new learning experience for them.
This role you will be working with underachieving pupils that may struggle to focus on a large-scale classroom and the more direct and intimate learning approach will benefit them greatly.
