About the Role We are looking for a passionate and proactive SHEQ Co-ordinator to join our team.
In this pivotal role, youll help ensure our workplace remains safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible.
You will manage our SHEQ systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a safety-first culture.

What Youll Be Doing Promoting a safety-first culture through communication, campaigns, and meetings.
Identifying opportunities to enhance SHEQ practices and rolling out policies aligned with company values.
Delivering training programmes and monitoring compliance.
Conducting risk assessments, routine inspections, and safety audits.
Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions.
Co-ordinating emergency drills and ensuring readiness.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive SHEQ improvements.
Maintaining accurate records of SHEQ activities, including training, audits, and incident reports.

Key Competencies: IOSH Working Safely certificate (or equivalent).
At least 3 years experience in a SHE role or similar position.
Solid understanding of SHE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and train others.
Independent, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
