Forge is a small group personal training facility, designed to provide a personalised fitness experiences for our members.
We seek 2 dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, eager to learn, and highly motivated to deliver exceptional training sessions and service to our clients.
Responsibilities: Conducting Personal Training Sessions: Lead small group training sessions (max 4 clients per session) of varying fitness levels, providing personalised instruction, motivation, and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
Program Design: Develop a structured workout programs tailored to the specific needs, abilities, and goals of our clients, incorporating a variety of training modalities and techniques.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all gym equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in safe working condition.
Perform routine inspections and address any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Gym Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised gym environment, including tidying up workout areas, and ensuring all facilities are presentable and welcoming to members.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, encouragement, and support.
Provide ongoing guidance and accountability to help clients stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey.
Sales and Retention: Actively promote personal training services and encourage client participation in training programs.
Work to retain existing clients and attract new clients through excellent service and results.
Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and certifications related to personal training.
Continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients Excellent communication and motivational abilities High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for fitness Ability to commute/relocate: Chichester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work Experience: Personal training: at least 1 year (required) Language: English (required) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) We would love to hear from you if you think that's you!
