Personal Tax Senior Manager

Clark Wood is thrilled to collaborate with a prestigious regional firm in St Albans, which is expanding its Private Client team due to internal growth and recent acquisitions. We are seeking a Private Client Senior Manager to join this dynamic team.
This renowned firm has an excellent reputation across St Albans and Hertfordshire, making this a key appointment during an exciting period of growth.
ResponsibilitiesIHT reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigateImplementation and management of trust planningPreparation of WillsProperty tax planningOffshore aspects (although not essential)Residency and Domicile aspects for HNWs (although not essential)Estate planning and administrationReview of compliance documents (including trust returns, IHT forms, some personal tax returns for HNWs).The successful candidate must be CTA Qualified and have at least 5 years' experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts.
