Are you an experienced Private Client Tax professional looking for your next challenge?
Our client, a prestigious accountancy firm with ambitious growth plans, is seeking a skilled and motivated Private Client Tax Specialist to join their dynamic team in their Northampton office.
EA First is excited to be representing a leading accountancy and advisory firm, based in Northampton who are renowned for their proactive and client-centric approach, the firm serves a diverse client base, from individuals to large enterprises.
In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of private client tax matters, with a keen focus on advisory work.
The work will involve complex Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning, Trusts, and International tax matters, requiring an expert-level understanding of these areas.
You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality tax advisory services, supporting the Tax Partner in delivering exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the delivery of tax advisory services, including drafting detailed reports and providing comprehensive advice to clients.Managing work in progress and billing for the department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on a range of private client tax issues.Mentoring and developing junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.About You: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private client tax advisory services and will be confident in handling complex tax matters with minimal supervision.
Essential requirements: Qualifications: CTA or equivalent professional qualification.Experience: Broad and strong technical knowledge in Inheritance Tax, Estate Planning, Trusts, and International tax matters.Skills: Proficient in report writing, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and develop team members, take ownership of projects, and ensure quality control.Work Ethic: Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Team Player: Strong ability to work as part of a wider team, with excellent interpersonal skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that values expertise, dedication, and innovation.
