This renowned firm has an excellent reputation across Sheffield and South Yorkshire, making this a key appointment during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the operational aspects of the private client tax planning team, including team development and overall strategy.Estate/Inheritances Tax (IHT) reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigate IHT exposures.Implementation and management of trust planning.Preparation of Wills.Property tax planning.Offshore aspects (optional).Residency and domicile issues for high-net-worth individuals (HNWs).Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts.
Ability to sign off on estate administration assignments in the medium term.
