Job Type: Personal Secretary - Business and Personal .
Hours: Hybrid - Flexible weekly hours.
Pay: Competitive - TBA.
Location: Flexible - in and around Solihull/Birmingham.
Job Summary: Currently seeking a personal secretary, this is a fabulous new role providing a wide range of different and exciting duties.
The role is not something that's been recruited for prior and is a role that you can make entirely your own based around the employer's needs!
The main purpose will be to assist and aid the employer with a number of day-to-day secretarial duties. No day will be the same and duties will vary!
Responsibilities : Assist and manage travel arrangements.
Booking and scheduling of personal and business appointments.
General diary management.
General administrative duties - assist with and respond to emails, regarding business and personal matters.
Personal shopping and general organizational tasks.
Handle parcels and couriers - collections and drop offs.
Booking of personal appointments and reservations.
Management of subscriptions and memberships.
Assist with collections and bookings of business lunches.
Any other ad hoc duties that may arise.
