There's genuine enthusiasm across the team who are led by a widely experienced Partner who is hugely knowledgeable and passionate and is invested in supporting and developing their team.You shall manage a full and varied caseload including RTA, EL and PL.You must be fee orientated, have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience of successfully managing your own personal injury caseload.You'll also be someone who has strong negotiation and drafting skills, be comfortable conducting hearings at Sheriff Court and ideally have knowledge of credit hire.In return you can expect ongoing training and development leading to progression, a competitive salary and generous benefits which include death in service and additional holidays.This role is office based during your probationary period but you will have the opportunity to have some hybrid working following the successful completion of your probationary period.
