Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join their Personal Injury team in Birmingham.
This position involves managing a varied caseload of fast and multi-track personal injury matters, representing claimants, and requires between 3 to 5 years of claimant PI experience.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload, including fast-track and multi-track RTA, EL, PL, and clinical negligence cases from instruction to completion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, solution-focused advice both in writing and over the phone.
Take an active role in business development and support marketing efforts to build lasting professional relationships.
Skills and Experience Required: Solid technical knowledge and up-to-date familiarity with relevant procedures and laws.
Proven experience managing a personal caseload of mixed personal injury matters.
Ability to handle complex and high-value claims for claimants.
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
Proactive approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
High attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
