The Role:
As a Solicitor , you'll take ownership of your own caseload while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle varied and challenging personal injury cases in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a personal caseload of personal injury and litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to build strong cases.
Liaise with clients, medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where required.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and firm policies.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury.
Strong case management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Client-focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
