Personal Injury (Rta, El/Pl) – Edinburgh/Glasgow

This specialist law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to join its busy Personal Injury Team based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.
This firm specialises in accident claims and has saw substantial growth over the past year and is continuing to expand.The successful candidate will handle their own diverse caseload of complex and high value cases including RTA, EL/PL and vehicle and hire claims.
Key tasks will involve:Supervising a team of solicitors managing RTA, EL/PL, injury, vehicle damage, and hire claims.Overseeing complex and high-value cases.Ensuring adherence to Scottish civil litigation rules and pre-action protocols.Providing expertise on liability, causation, and quantum assessments.Negotiating settlements with insurers and opposing solicitors.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' PQE with a strong litigation background, as well as a good understanding of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures.
