Personal Injury - EL / PL - Paralegal - Manchester - Hybrid About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm's Personal Injury team, it is now seeking an experienced Paralegal to run a caseload and also assist senior Solicitors / Partners with their busy caseloads.
You will be working individually with a high attention to detail but also as part of the team.
You will be dealing with admitted liability cases in the hope to settle quantum.

Responsibilities to include: Running a caseload of MOJ claims from inception to completion Stages 1,2,3 of MOJ Portal Managing a caseload up to a value of £25,000 Issuing proceedings Reviewing Medical Evidence Reviewing Claimant's Losses and Vehicle Related Losses including Credit Hire Submitting stage 2 settlement packs via the MOJ portal Negotiating settlement with third party insurers Assisting Senior Solicitors / Partners on a varied Personal Injury caseload The Benefits & How to Apply Competitive basic salary– up to £30,000 depending on experience Hybrid working Superb working environment 31 days annual leave Ongoing training and development programme Market leading bonus structure Accessible to public transport (transport links to train and bus routes) or discounted parking Employee Assistant Programme Workplace pension scheme Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
