Personal Injury Lawyer Responsibilities: You will run a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters with little supervision.
You may also deal with some Clinical Negligence matters.
You will attend networking events and undertake business development.
Personal Injury Lawyer Requirements: You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a 3-4 years PQE.
You will be proficient in managing a personal injury caseload efficiently.
Ideally, you will have some Clinical Negligence experience but this is not essential.
You will have strong legal drafting and client communication abilities.
