Job summary An exciting opportunity exists for a Personal Assistant to provide a high quality, effective, efficient, and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Radiology Services Manager/ Deputy Radiology Services Manager.
The postholder will assist in the smooth administration of the Radiology services by providing effective and efficient secretarial services in collaboration with other secretarial staff.
Applicants should demonstrate through their application experience of PA/Secretarial work, ability to work independently and unsupervised liaising with people at all levels and the ability to understand and interpret processes which will involve some decision making without reference.

Utilising all office systems to ensure the smooth running of the Radiology Services.
To act as a point of contact for the Radiology Services Manager, including liaison with external bodies and authorities.
Intercept calls where necessary, dealing with enquiries, acting as necessary and relaying and prioritising information as appropriate.
Daily co-ordination of meetings (face-to-face, video conference and telephone conference) for the Radiology Services Manager.
Regularly liaising with other PAs across the NHS.

Provide secretariat, draw up and agree yearly schedule of meetings, book rooms and set up AV equipment, co-ordinate and issue papers, agenda, action points and minutes.
