About us: This is a new role working for the founder and creative director of a homeware brand and website , launching imminently
Location : Queens Park, London
Salary: £30, 000
Role Description We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant for a full time role .
Working closely with both the founder and studio manager , this is an exciting opportunity for an organised, solutions focused individual.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills.
This role is for an individual who thrives on implementing order and structure in a creative entrepreneurial environment.

Role Responsibilities Manage the Creative Director's diary, inbox, expense claims, scheduling of meetings and conference calls Screen, prioritise, and respond to communications, Manage email inboxes, including deleting junk, filing, responding to meeting requests & invitations where relevant, flagging urgent enquiries and drafting emails as directed Event administration including reservations, creating and sending invites, seating plans , tracking and responding to RSVPs.
Organise documents and imagery , manage records, photo library and track expenses Own all admin, including filing, correspondence and maintaining up to date contact details About you Significant relevant experience of working at support level in a similar role A born planner, someone who enjoys prioritising a busy workload Outstanding computer skills : Word, Power Point, Keynote, Excel , Outlook and Mail chimp Impeccable communication written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with all new digital media and technology Hyper organised, with first-class co-ordination, time management and prioritisation skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
