Fixed term to 05/03/2025 Are you a well organised, flexible and keen to get involved in a range of work?
NHS Highlands Employee Director is seeking a Personal assistant for a period of 6 months.
The person appointed will provide a range of secretarial and administrative support.
Main duties include diary management, support to arrange of meetings including minutes and agendas, and a range of other admin tasks in support of the Employee Director.
This is an interesting and varied role.
The post holder will require excellent IT skills.
In return we will listen to your ideas, and can also offer flexible working.
The hours are flexible up to full time (37 hours per week) and part time will be considered.

This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff.
This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours.
However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
