We are seeking a receptionist/administrator to support our work at our team base at Goodmayes Hospital in Tantallon House.
The receptionist / administrator is at the heart of our service supporting clients and their families to receive the information needed and supporting the team to deliver high quality, timely, and responsive service.
The communication aspect of the role in the team is essential for the wellbeing and safety of both clients and staff.
We are looking for someone who is calm and friendly when dealing with challenging situations.
Main duties of the job To receive and monitor clients in the waiting areaTo answer calls and respond to voicemails from clients and staffTo manage the RHTT generic email inboxTo provide printing/photocopying for the teamTo undertake the administrative process for new referralsTo liaise with IT/HR/RIO/Procurement/Training departmentTo raise purchase orders and procurement tasksTo ensure the safety of the RHTT team baseTo assist senior team with developing streamlined and effective systems for the team Working for our organisation Probationary PeriodThis post will be subject to a probationary period.
Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).Starting with NELFTNELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust.
All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.
As part of the process, new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.High-Cost Area Supplement - LondonThis post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,313 and a maximum payment of £5,436).Use of AIApplications for this role should be written by the applicant.
