Main duties of the job As a Band 4 Administrator you will support the Deputy Director to provide high quality administration, information and act as a central reference point to all staff within the service including clinicians/managerial staff and other external stakeholders.
The role comprises of a wide range of duties and requires the ability to use multiple computer systems, be able to manage and prioritise own workloads without direct supervision and have strong communication and organisational skills.
An ability to understand the need for maintaining confidentiality at all times is essential.Candidates will need to be forward thinking and have a problem solving approach, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.The role offers flexible and remote working in line with NELFT's commitment to agile working.There may be some requirement to attend various venues in Essex to meet with the Deputy Director.
