Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO Reporting To: Lead Executive Assistant Location : Bristol full time office based Salary: Up to 45000 depending on skills and experience Reporting to the Lead EA the Personal Assistant to the CEO an exciting and dynamic role for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant looking to support a highprofile CEO in a fastpaced influential environment.
Reporting directly to the Lead Executive Assistant you will be an essential part of the CEOs support team ensuring that every aspect of their professional and personal commitments is seamlessly managed.
Youll have a frontrow seat to the inner workings of a leading organization playing a key role in enabling the CEOs productivity and focus.
The ideal candidate will be a natural selfstarter capable of managing our many often and urgent asks and adapting to the dynamic needs of the CEO to provide seamless support.
This candidate is also highly precise someone who thrives making sense of and keeping on top of every detail.
Finally this candidate is a natural logistician and planner.

Objectives & Responsibilities: Beam is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow.
Upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include: Work with the Lead EA to manage the CEOs business and private diaries scheduling meetings appointments and events while ensuring efficient time management.
Arrange travel and accommodation building complex travel itineraries and provide updates as required on travel plans and changes Manage the CEOs expenses submitting receipts and approvals to the Finance team in a timely manner Manage CEO guest access from liaising with facilities for building access to guest greeting to arranging catering as needed Occasional support with urgent personal items or family commitments (e.g.
invitations to events or personal errands) Help the Lead EA screen and prioritise emails for the CEOs review as needed Liaise with legal support assisting with NDA preparation and organising correct signing and filing Assist the Lead EA with actioning decisions coordinating followups and executing tasks that support the strategic objectives of the CEOs office Provide backup support for critical projects or tasks when needed ensuring continuity in the CEOs support structure Support the Lead EA with other administrative tasks as needed including event coordination You should apply if you have: We know its tough but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
You dont have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role: 3 years previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role at CSuite or similarly senior level Strong organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines Flexible and adaptable with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy Executive Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion confidentiality and loyalty Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Project and action management skills Strong stakeholder management from communicating with other executives liaising with fellow employees and collaborating with the rest of the business support team (EAs and Office Assistants) Grow together with Beam where you will learn these skills or build on your expertise: Previous experience in a growth/scale up environment strongly preferred Experience working at a hightech company using a variety of tech tools strongly preferred About Beam At Beam we bring the technology to transform offshore wind through AI and robotic automation alongside the determination to tackle the significant challenges ahead.
